  1. I make dog treats from zucchini. They are really easy to make, all you need is:
    – 2 cups flour
    – 2 cups oats
    – 1 cup water
    – 1 cup grated zucchini (about 1 medium-sized zucchini)
    – 1 tablespoon molasses

    To make them just:
    – Preheat your oven to 350°F.
    – In a mixing bowl, combine the zucchini, water, and molasses. Combine the flour and oats in a separate bowl.
    – Mix the dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring to thoroughly combine.
    – Grease a baking pan, your work surface, and hands. Spread the batter out onto the work surface to about an inch thickness.
    – Use a cookie cutter to cut shapes from the batter, then transfer to the baking sheet using a spatula.
    – Bake the biscuits at 350°F for 35-45 minutes, or until the begin to brown.
    – Remove the biscuits from the oven and allow them to fully cool before serving to your pet.

    1. Hi Mama! Thanks for sharing your recipe. I would be careful with your treats as flower is not healthy for dogs. Maybe try replacing your flower with rice flower. Store bought rice flower is expensive, but if you just buy a bag of rice, and grind it you can use that in your recipes!

  2. THANKS!!!!! I almost gave a slice to my dog that had garlic on it. I’m glad I read this first and didn’t… I did not even think about the spices…

    1. Glad you read this Kate! Make sure you check spices on any foods before you give them to your dog. It is very important.
